This Privacy Policy explains how CapyUp ("CapyUp," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the CapyUp mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We do not intentionally request government ID numbers, precise home addresses, full payment card numbers, medical diagnosis files, or sensitive information unrelated to CapyUp features.
CapyUp's smart detection feature may read step count and stand time from Apple Health after you grant permission. This data is used to help infer whether you may have stood up or moved.
Unless you choose to enable a future feature that clearly requires cloud processing, Apple Health data is processed locally on your device by default. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, sale, or sharing with third-party advertising networks.
You can review, change, or revoke CapyUp's access to health data at any time through iOS settings or Apple Health. If you turn off access, smart detection may not work properly, but manual recording and other basic features may remain available.
