This Privacy Policy explains how CapyUp ("CapyUp," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the CapyUp mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Please read this Privacy Policy before using the Services. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on the features you use and permissions you grant, we may collect:

• account and contact information, such as nickname, email address, account identifiers, and support communications;
• device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, crash logs, and diagnostic data;
• usage and settings data, such as reminder time, reminder interval, smart detection settings, notification permission status, theme preferences, and subscription status;
• local activity records, such as manually saved stand-up records, completion count, streaks, report summaries, and card unlock status;
• Apple Health data, such as step count and stand time, if you authorize access for smart detection;
• transaction-related information, such as subscription status, purchase channel, product identifiers, transaction time, or necessary receipt information returned by app stores;
• information you choose to provide, such as feedback, support requests, survey responses, or other submitted information.

We do not intentionally request government ID numbers, precise home addresses, full payment card numbers, medical diagnosis files, or sensitive information unrelated to CapyUp features.

2. Apple Health and Health-Related Data

CapyUp's smart detection feature may read step count and stand time from Apple Health after you grant permission. This data is used to help infer whether you may have stood up or moved.

Unless you choose to enable a future feature that clearly requires cloud processing, Apple Health data is processed locally on your device by default. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, sale, or sharing with third-party advertising networks.

You can review, change, or revoke CapyUp's access to health data at any time through iOS settings or Apple Health. If you turn off access, smart detection may not work properly, but manual recording and other basic features may remain available.
